If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
